Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3-5 days of receiving your order.

To report a damaged product, please provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, as well as your order number.

Upon verification of the damage, we will promptly replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage upon delivery.

All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction with scent, or any other reason aside from product damage.
